Hi, I'm Brett.
As a young boy, I would strap my father's cameras to my skateboard or bike and pedal down busy streets and through the occasional creek bed to capture what I thought would be the coolest images ever. Not always the case. This, plus a couple more decades of adventures with camera in hand, was just the beginning of my love affair with photography.
I was schooled at San Francisco State University, and later mentored by the most brilliant photographers in the industry. The haunting beauty of the San Francisco Bay and travels abroad brought new perspective to my craft. When I married my lovely wife, Adriana, I found my calling: capturing wonderful people on their wedding day in a beautiful way, real emotion documented with grace and a timeless aesthetic.
Family First
My own family comes first, and that is exactly why I photograph a limited number of weddings each year. It keeps me at my kids' games and school plays, and at my absolute best for the couples I take on. I bring that same belief to your day: the people in the frame matter more than anything else in it.
